Mont St Michel

Named after the beautiful Normandy town of Mont St Michel, the £80 million superferry has a vast capacity offering passengers on the Portsmouth-Caen crossing a host of other features including spacious cabins and a choice of restaurants and bars.

Carrying up to 2,200 passengers and with mopre than two kilometres of vehicle space, the ship also features a range of state-of-the-art navigation and safety management systems making it not only one of the most comfortable channel cruise ferries afloat, but also one of the best equipped.

The Mont St Michel, built at the Dutch shipyard of Van de Giessen de Noord, is the largest ever cruise ferry purpose built for operations on the Channel.

Its on-board facilities have been modelled on the best from Brittany Ferries existing ships, unofficially recognised as the most stylish on the Channel. Cabins, all with private facilities, include Commodore Class suites as well as those designed specifically for disabled passengers.

A choice of restaurants, bars, ergonomically designed Club Class style seating and cinemas feature along with an internet cafe and a disco club area designed specifically for teenagers.

Passengers enjoy more spacious cabins and comfortable, ergonomically designed seats along with a host of other features. These include a special area for teenagers, as well as a shopping mall, cinemas and a selection of restaurants whose excellent cuisine and great value for money have become the hallmark of Brittany Ferries over the years.
