Stena Adventurer

Now an even more enjoyable adventure

The arrival of superferry Stena Adventurer in July 2003 helped Stena Line consolidate its position as the leading ferry company on the Irish Sea.

Her launch followed the arrival earlier in the year sister ship Stena Britannica on the Harwich - Hook of Holland route.

image Stena Adventurer was refurbished in early 2009 and again in 2013 and now boasts new and enhanced onboard facilities.

Travelling on the Holyhead-Dublin Port route twice daily and with ferry crossings of just 3 hours and 15 minutes, the Stena Adventurer offers a convenient and relaxing way to travel to Ireland and Britain.

There are a range of lounges to choose from, including impressive shopping, cinema, children’s play area, Metropolitan Grill and Barista Coffee House. And for a litle extra you can enjoy the added comfort of the Premium Stena Plus Lounge.

Stena Adventurer carries 1,500 passengers and has 3,400 lane metres, 148 luxury cabins and reaches a speed of 22 knots.

The ship operates in tandem with the HSS Stena Explorer and the combination of ships offers customers increased flexibility and service on the Dublin Bay-Holyhead routes.
