P&O Ferries boasts the largest fleet of ships offering a wide range of services and facilities, the most comprehensive route network and the most frequent passenger and freight services between the UK and Europe UK.

The 49,000-ton Spirit of Britain joins the fleet as the the largest ferry ever designed for the Dover Strait and is the first of a pair that P&O Ferries has ordered for its Dover – Calais service.

Irish Sea

It is investing £300 million in new ships to set unrivalled standards of comfort and convenience. Its massive ferries each have have room for 2,000 passengers and 650 cars. And authentic versions of the famous West End restaurant Langan’s Brasserie are not to be missed.

Other tried and tested on board brands familiar to P&O customers include Silverstones Sports Bar, Horizon Lounge and International Food Court self-service restaurant.

A new development for the more recent ferries is the introduction of Caffe Oliveto - an informal Mediterranean style cafe serving light meals. And on board shopping has been refined to a new degree to improve customer service.
