DFDS offers low price mini cruise deals to employers wanting to reward staff

DFDS is offering low price mini cruise deals in a new employee reward package available for businesses looking to celebrate their teams’ successes as the Christmas countdown starts.

The package provides heavily discounted vouchers for the company’s Newcastle-Amsterdam mini cruises.

Vouchers are valid for travel on selected departures from Newcastle and can be used for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Employers across the North of England and Scotland who participate will be able to purchase vouchers from £30 return for two people to travel on a two-night mini cruise break (which would usually cost £178 return for two).

The vouchers include an en suite cabin for two, coach transfers into Amsterdam and up to five hours to explore the Dutch city. Add-ons and upgrades are also available for larger cabins and premium dining options.

Employers may also allow scheme managers to enjoy a free mini cruise for two to “try before you buy” as an additional incentive to road test the special DFDS offer.

Research by the Incentive Marketing Association shows that 77 per cent of employees work harder following recognition and companies with incentive programmes demonstrate a 79 per cent success rate in achieving their goals.
