Neil Chapman, managing director at Hovertravel, said: “Hovertravel will be pulling out all the stops this Christmas and we will be running on Christmas Eve. We are asking everyone to book online in advance to guarantee a place and avoid delays as we’ll be operating on a booked service system.”

On Christmas Day and Boxing Day Hovertravel there will be no hovercraft service but will be operating a slimmed-down service between December 27 and January 2.

Full details can be found at the Hovertravel website.
