Step into Christmas and find lots of cheer onboard Wightlink Ferries

Enjoy free mince pies, carol singing, live bands - and that's before you disembark Wightlink Ferries this Christmas.

Throughout December, the Isle of Wight ferry company is going the whole Christmas hog and ensuring that passengers enter into the festive spirit the minute they step on board.

Passengers on Wightlink’s flagship St Clare ferry will be given complimentary mince pies ahead of the boat’s first Greggs outlet, due to open onboard in February 2015. With mince pie in hand, all passengers can also enjoy live entertainment from an array of talented musicians.

  • 6 December: The Junior Highbury Area Band will be performing a compilation of music
  • 13 December: Island band The Crew will be singing traditional sea shanty songs
  • 20 December: Wightlink’s very own reception officer Kellie Parrat will be singing Christmas classics

  • Once on the Island, visitors can continue the festive fun by taking to the many Christmas activities available.
