All at sea over Father’s Day? Then take him to France or Belgium

This Father's Day, which is Sunday in case you have forgotten, how about treating your dad to a day trip to France or maybe an overnight trip to Bruges for a little beer tasting?

Passengers can now travel across the Channel with DFDS Seawaysto Dinkork for just £19 return for a day trip for a car and up to four passengers, travelling up to July 20.

For those who are looking to spend longer on the Continent, fares for journeys between Dover and Dunkirk start from just £25 each way for a car and up to four passengers (terms and conditions apply).

As the only ferry operator to sail to Dunkirk, DFDS Seaways passengers also benefit from the convenience of arriving at a port that has little of the congestion associated with busier ports, such as Calais, despite being only 30km away.

Dunkirk is also perfectly situated for onward travel into the rest of France, Europe and beyond, including Bruges, which is under an hour’s drive from the Port, and access to all the main European arterial roads.
