Save 25% on summer-autumn cottage holidays in France with Brittany Ferries
Brittany Ferries is offering holidaymakers discounts of up to 25% on a wide range of self-drive cottage holidays in France.
These price cuts run until the end of the year, making them ideal for couples, or families with pre-school age children looking for an autumn holiday bargain.
The discount applies to the total holiday price including both ferry travel and accommodation, leading to some considerable savings.
For example, a week’s getaway to an 18th Century Normandy cottage (pictured) this September costs only £110 per person for a family of four travelling with their car – saving them £145.
The cottages themselves range from a converted Breton windmill, to a restored 17th Century barn in Poitou Charentes, to a splendid 18th Century château in Normandy with room for up to 14 guests.
The selection is wide and varied but all properties have been checked by Brittany Ferries to make sure they meet the very highest standards.
‘Autumn really can be one of the best times to visit France,’ says Christiane Barker of Brittany Ferries. ‘The prices have come down, the beaches are empty, and the weather’s still nice and warm. But this offer includes the peak season too, so even if you’re tied to the school holidays, you can still get some good last-minute deals.’
* Quoted price based on 2 adults with 2 children travelling from Portsmouth to Caen on 27 September and staying 7 nights in property reference QN3128. Total price £437.
